Behind the Project

Danny Riggs

Danny Riggs has been working in commercial real estate for over a decade. He has leveraged his degree from Georgetown University and large professional network to launch his real estate career working in all phases of development for fortune 500 companies. Danny’s experience in project management and condominium sales made him an ideal candidate to be our boots on the ground in McKinney. You’re bound to see him and his beautiful daughters at car events all around town!In his free time, Danny enjoys football, hunting, and trying out the wonderful restaurants around McKinney with his family.

Adam Bielecki

After earning a BBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, Adam Bielecki founded and scaled three companies in the retail, health, and service sectors before pursuing his passion for cars. Opening his first garage condo project in San Antonio in 2018. Following the completion of this project Adam scaled a multi-state car dealership service provider company to national companies like AutoNation. 
In his free time, Adam enjoys traveling with his family, as well as racing and working on cars.

Tonianne Strohkirch 

Tonianne Strohkirch launched her career in real estate development by collaborating in a startup environment to create a multi-state office condo development firm. She progressed to be a part of senior leadership and help the company become the nation’s largest developer of office condominiums. She has a diverse track record of success in redevelopment, entitlements, construction and property management. Tonianne resides in Gilbert, AZ with her husband and daughter. They typically spend their winters snowboarding and summers exploring the world feeding her love of travel and adventure.
